Finance One are looking for a proactive risk leader to continually enhance and modify their risk function. You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks that could impact the organisation’s operations, financials or reputation to support the organisations continued growth.
- Review and uplift the current Risk Governance Framework across the organisation
- Define clear risk tolerance levels in alignment with business objectives across the board and senior management
- Scenario Analysis and Stress Testing to evaluate risk tolerance
- Work with IT to ensure ongoing development of robust cyber security measures including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop an incidence report plan to identify, respond to and recover from cyber and operational incidents.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- In-depth knowledge of risk management with experience in financial services and / or a regulated environment
- Proven adaptability and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple demands
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and expertise in compliance
- Detail-oriented mindset while simultaneously able to grasp the bigger picture
- A clear vision of what a strong risk framework needs to deliver
