Instructions on how, and where, to submit your time sheet will be located within your Employment Hero profile. If you are working within our Government clients you may be required to log your hours via their portals. Instructions relating to your individual assignment will be found within your Employment Hero profile.
Employment Hero is a platform that we are using to allow you manage your information such as changing bank or super info, locating your payslips and there are even benefits such as discounted items and vouchers available to you. Once you become an employee you will be sent a link via Employment Hero to set up your account. Once you have created your account you will have access to all of the above and more!
You are required to submit your timesheet by 11 am every Monday. This is a strict cut off as your manager also needs time to approve your timesheet (cut off for approval is 11am Tuesday) before payroll closes on Tuesday.
We pay weekly. Timesheets must be logged and approved by 11am each Monday. We then prepare payroll and funds leave our account very early on each Wednesday morning. We bank with ANZ so depending on your Bank, you will receive your funds anytime from a Wednesday through to Friday.
These are emailed to you weekly but you can also log into your Employment Hero account and get copies in there.
In your Employment Hero profile, you can change your bank details, superannuation information and your tax information.
That is ok, we can set one up for you with our default fund Sunsuper
Q1. I have submitted my timesheet incorrectly?
Before it is approved you can withdraw it simply by going to the top right hand corner, click on Actions, from the drop down box click on withdraw and then edit. You can then submit your correct hours for approval.
Please go to your Employment Hero account and your contract will be in there.
Within Employment Hero, you are able to log a leave request. This will be sent to Management who in turn, will be in contact with you.
