The Job…..
   
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:  
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers which have enquired about the company’s financial services products.
  • Engage in consultative, relationship-focused calls that centre on understanding customers' unique needs and financial situations, guiding them to select products that best align with their goals.
  • Submit applications to the credit team, ensuring accuracy and completeness from the outset. Collaborate closely with credit and other internal stakeholders to create a seamless application experience for customers.
  • Manage successful applications through to settlement.
  • Working to KPI’s and sales targets monthly.

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:  
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an outbound, phone-based sales focused role
  • Experience working with financial services, asset finance products is highly advantageous
  • Must have a customer-centric mindset, consistently prioritising the needs and satisfaction of clients in every interaction.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
