Well respected and well-known NSW Government Org. is seeking a experienced Manager, Evaluation to lead the design and delivery of a strategic evaluation program to provide insights that inform policy for NSW residents.
The successful candidate must have a strong research and government evaluation background ideally within the public sector. The contract has a ASAP start until 30 June 2025.
The Job
In this versatile Manager, Evaluation, you will be responsible for:
- Lead strategic evaluation design and delivery to drive executive decision-making.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to negotiate efficient plans and methodologies.
- Manage project planning, resources, budgeting, and supplier contracts to meet outcomes.
- Ensure service delivery meets governance, quality, and milestone requirements.
- Develop strategies for continuous project monitoring, risk management, and success.
- Stay informed on trends to deliver innovative solutions for better NSW outcome.
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar Manager, Evaluation role within the public sector at grade 11/12.
- Qualifications in evaluation, research, or professional/industry accreditation, or relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Government evaluation framework, processes, governance, protocols, and reporting requirements.
- Experience in reviewing policies and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
