Reporting into a Manager, Funding Arrangements, as a Finance and Assurance Officer you will be responsible for:
- Ensure expenditure claims meet relevant eligibility criteria.
- Audit expenditure records and internal controls to comply with standards.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure efficient financial practices.
- Advise stakeholders on disaster-related expenditure and financial matters.
- Ensure accurate and complete financial records for disaster expenditure.
- Prepare timely reports in line with legislative requirements.
- Apply project management to deliver projects on time and to quality.
- Support objectives with project-based work as needed.

To be successful for this contact centre role you must have:
- Min 2 years experience working within financial audit.
- Strong understanding of audit processes to ensure expenditure claims meet relevant guidelines and agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, acquittal skills, and reporting from practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
