They are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Call Centre Operators to join their team in Parramatta with WFH opportunities! These roles are available for an immediate start on a contract until 31st March 2025.
These roles require individuals who are used to working in high pressured environments and are dedicated to providing support and improving business processes.
The Job
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be accountable for:
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients.
- Responding to high volumes of inbound enquiries in a call centre environment.
- Ensuring a high level of service and support to customers in a timely manner through the delivery of accurate information, advice and referrals.
- Escalating complex issues when required.
- Managing general administration such as records management, filing and data entry.
- Identifying and recommending improvements to policies, procedures and practices within the business unit.
You
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a Call Centre role.
- A current paid WWCC will be favoured.
- Committed to exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and work in a high pressured environment.
- Resilient and confident in handling challenges with a positive mindset.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
