NSW Gov Org seeking strong EA to assist their Executive Director! 3-month contract! Darlinghurst location!
Our client is a well-known organization who are seeking a supportive contractor with business operations exposure and strong Executive Assistant experience. Successful candidates will need to be resilient, adaptable and have high-level experience in both administration and Executive Assistant duties. This role requires an individual who is organized and able to prioritise and manage various tasks.
During this exciting contract, you will be responsible for:
Extensive diary, calendar and email management duties
Providing executive and secretarial support, including coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences and seminars
Responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries
Reviewing, prioritising and escalating incoming calls, emails, reports or files to the executive if necessary
To be successful for this role you must have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience providing secretarial support to busy executives
Strong communication skills and ability to regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders
TRIM and SAP experience is advantageous
Strong organisation skills, it is mandatory to have efficient time management skills
Resilience and the ability to adapt and multi-task
