Large and rapidly growing NSW Government Org. is seeking an experienced administrative officer to support the leadership and high-performance directorate. The successful candidate will need to be well organized and have experience in high-level customer service and stakeholder engagement. This department helps improve people’s living conditions across NSW by building communities and protecting the environment.
In this versatile project support role, you will be responsible for:
•Managing all contact which comes through the team (phone, email, face to face enquiries)
•Processing applications for customers
•Providing assistance to the Senior Project Officer to manage data and improve work processes
•Providing high quality and constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders
•Assisting with the creating of purchase orders and paying of invoices
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
•At least 4 years-experience in a high-level customer service and stakeholder engagement role.
•Strong customer service and administrative skills
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
•Strong attention to detail
