The Accounts team is seeking an additional member of their hard-working team to boost productivity by spreading themselves across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Reporting through to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Drive the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Enter supplier statements; process invoices (matching, batching and coding) and prepare payments runs
Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
Collect on Aged Receivables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
• Minimum 2 years as an Accounts Assistant
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Intermediate excel skills
