Please note, we require all timesheets to be submitted and approved before 11am on Monday 31st July 2017 to ensure you are included in the next payment run. The next payment run will be on Wednesday 09th August 2017. If you have questions then please feel free to call our office on 02 9002 5000.

Pay Queries??? 

Should you have queries in relation to your pay, please feel free to email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call our lovely Accountant, Toni on 02 9002 5000.  Please note, pay is processed on a fortnightly basis on a Wednesday.  We bank with St George Bank therefore you will receive your pay anywhere from Wednesday – Friday depending on your Bank.

 

Leave Policy


Holiday Leave

Should you require time off work, we require 3 weeks’ notice.  This will allow plenty of time for your Team Leader to be notified and for them to make arrangements in your absence.

Sick Leave

Should you require time off work due to illness, please contact our office on 02 9002 5000 by 8.30am and speak with your relevant Consultant.  We will then ensure your illness is recorded and that your Team Leader/Manager is notified of your absence for the day. ‘Please note, we will require a doctors certificate should you have more than 1 day off due to illness OR you are ill either side of a weekend or public holiday’.
