After 5 years as a specialist in the finance sector, Sarah started SB Recruitment to get back to what the industry is supposed to be about: Customer Care. Writing the business plan from her kitchen table in 2010, Sarah has since grown SB Recruitment to a team of 8 dedicated staff delivering a personal touch across the accounting, banking, and finance, customer service & administration sectors. Sarah is a ‘hands on’ MD who instils Customer Care as core value across her business, resulting in a seamless recruitment process, happy clients and fulfilled candidates.
