The Job…

Reporting through to the National Trust Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage Trust and Controlled Money receipting and payments
  • Trust and controlled money reconciliations
  • Opening new bank accounts
  • Ensuring data compliance of trust regulations and advising on any compliance shortcomings
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders on trust related matters
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and year end requirements are met
  • Managing client monies requests and documenting client requirements
  • Monthly and adhoc reporting as required
  • Attending internal trust meetings
  • Training will be provided to the successful candidate

The Candidate…

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • 12 months working in either AR, AP or Trust Accounting for a professional services environment
  • Intermediate Excel with the ability to pick up new systems with ease (system training will be provided)
  • Excellent attention to detail is mandatory
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • A flexible, adaptable and collaborative approach to work
