Exciting Administration contract available at a well-known Government client based in the CBD! Must have working knowledge of SAP & TRIM!
Our client is a well-respected government organization and are well known across NSW. Their passionate team based in the heart of the CBD, are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administration and Office Support workers, to join them ASAP in this exciting contract role!
During this assignment you will be responsible for:
- Filing of documentation, records management and resolving business enquirers
- Facilitate operational processes, gather and collate information as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders over email and via phone communication
- Ad hoc office and clerical support across the board
To be successful for this contract, you must have experience with the following:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong experience using TRIM and SAP
