The Job….

Reporting through to the Customer Service Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving all inbound calls and taking ownership of each call
  • Supporting clients based in Perth so working hours will be 11am – 7pm
  • Processing orders and completing order confirmations, ensuring all orders are processed within a prompt timeframe
  • Processing payments via EFT or Credit Card
  • General administration duties
  • Work with all internal stakeholders to solve problems related to the order processing cycle
  • All other tasks as required by the Customer Service Team Leader

You….

To be successful in this role, you must suit the following criteria:

  • Ideally you will have a strong customer service background either in retail, hospitality or corporate
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill are essential for this exciting role
  • The ability to handle conflicting deadlines with ease
  • An engaging, curious and friendly nature
