Our clients are well-known government organizations who are seeking supportive contractors to assist in clerical and administration support. Successful candidates will need to have experience in both administration and customer service. This role requires an individual who is organized and understands sectorial support duties.

In this versatile new role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administration support; data entry and records management
- Handling inbound calls and answering customer queries
- Preparing and organising legal documents
- Providing efficient and effective customer service
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume Administration/Customer Service role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Prioritising and coordinating tasks to meet strict deadlines
